Thermo-set injection
A range of machines capable of producing products in materials such as Melamine, Urea, Phenolic (Bakelite), BMC and one of a very limited number of machines in the UK capable of injection moulding SMC with a range of shot weights form a few grams to over 3.4kilos.

The equipment is capable of hydraulic ejection, core pulling and integral gate cropping making the machinery extremely versatile.

Thermoplastic injection
Whilst this is relatively new addition to our skill base we have equipment fitted with multizone heating as well as cooling to accommodate the high specification engineering thermoplastics which include Peek, Ultem, Polycarbonate, and a host of more general materials such as ABS, Polypropylene.
